1. Returns
- We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bizsaliz.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@bizsaliz.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
4. Exchanges
- Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are damaged or defective.
